WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
We would like to ensure you receive your merchandise as soon as possible. When ordering, ensure you get the correct model and color since we cannot make changes on your orders. We cannot make changes or cancel orders once they have been put into the system.

Orders will be processed after 2-5 business days from when the order is placed and shipped the following day after processing day.

All orders are processed and shipped out of our China,USA warehouse. Additional time will be needed for processing orders during holiday seasons and sales events. 

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Shipping confirmation is sent to you as soon as your order has shipped, which will enable you to track the status of your shipping. Shipping charges are based upon package weight and destination. Customers will be liable for customs duties and taxes on all International orders.

TRACKING

As the receiver it will be solely your responsibility to follow-up on your order and send required requirements to the customs or courier otherwise if the order has been labeled as return to sender or failed delivery because the receiver was unable to follow-up or have not sent the required requirements or notice to the courier, we are not in a position to process any refund or replacement for free and you can be required to place the order again.

DELIVERY

Your local customs office might request extra documents and a while to clear your package, potentially extending the estimated delivery time.

Your order could be sent to you by the local postal office or a local courier. Depending on where you live, the majority of orders will be sent by your local postal service, so the package will arrive with your normal mail. If you are out when delivery is attempted, the postal service might leave a notice card with instructions on how and where to collect your delivery.

TAXES and DUTIES

Import duties, and related customs charges might be imposed as soon as the parcel reaches the destination nation. The charges are set by the destination country's customs office.

These taxes and charges will be paid by the recipient and won't be paid by us here at Locust BIOHARBOR E-commerce Limited Company.

CUSTOMS and REGULATIONS

You are liable for verifying your national postal regulations for prohibited items, as we cannot be held accountable for any items that will not be accepted into the target country.

FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES

If your credit card account is denominated in a currency other than US Dollars, you could be charged at a rate other than the exchange rate quoted on our website. You will also be charged a foreign currency transaction charge. These are charged according to your bank's pricing and transaction fee policies. We are not liable for the exchange rate of any fees your issuing credit card company or bank will charge you. For additional information of foreign transaction charges, see your bank.

Our prices in store are indicated in your home currency, but USD when you go to checkout. We'll deal with all payments in USD using Paypal or Stripe on the checkout page.

CANCELLATION/CHANGES

We can't make changes or cancel orders once our warehouse has processed them. To change or cancel, contact us as soon as possible.
